I quickly realised when I met Kev that we had a lot in common. He worked on the next floor of my office block in Manchester and our sons were born on the very same day. Kev soon infected me with his passion for cycling, starting with the Bolton Bash, and showed me the ropes on my families maiden caravan holiday. everything from towing to emptying the toilet ! The adventures continued as he led us & our friends up the 3 Yorkshire peaks in some sideways weather. We made even more great memories on some unforgettable Spanish cycling holidays with friends, where we watched the Vuelta. And through it all I remember that he was always smiling & being the afferble, happy go lucky guy he always was. Kev was such a generous, easy going and fun guy, who always put his family first & always had a kind word for everyone. Our thoughts are with Anne, Ewan, Grace, Pat, Tony & family xxxx All our lives will be much poorer for his devastating loss. RIP Kev.
